The large playground is a real fun hub, where kids can bounce, climb or enjoy a ball game on the football court. The small kiosk nearby sells treats that make play even sweeter.
Rørvig and Nykøbing Zealand
The pretty harbour in Rørvig is known for children's crab fishing and a superb fishmonger. Nykøbing Sjælland has a lovely pedestrianised shopping area and a great choice of eateries, and in summer, the cosy market is definitely worth a visit. You're within easy reach of a whole host of little holiday towns, and the next ice cream parlour is never far away.

Whether you're travelling with kids or simply love good food, Odsherred is the place to be. Sommerland Sjælland offers a water park and a wide range of fun activities for children of all ages. Lovely campsite. Really good for families with children. We have just been there at Pentecost, lovely stay. The new toilet/bathroom building is really nice, the old one is of course older, but definitely usable. Nice kitchen facilities and common room, and of course everything is nice and clean. You are welcomed well by both the staff and the ones who are there. The children easily find playmates. We will come again.
Lovely campsite, but the bathroom and toilet facilities need a little updating. The site is located by the beach and close to Nykøbing, which is a really nice town. We stayed in our own caravan and the plot we booked was an excellent size.
Lovely campsite with a short distance to a cozy town
Very calm but the showers were no in good shape and it was very expensive about 350DKK a night for two adult and non car.
I was on a cycle trip in a tent. Great location for all. Family orientated with dogs allowed. Great facilities with recent upgrades in place and very well maintained. Definitely going back
Good facilities (including a great kitchen area) and friendly reception. Disappointed that the small tent area was under trees and therefore a bit dark; I was after sunshine!
