Denmark offers plenty of beaches, atmospheric harbors, small cozy towns and Copenhagen. There are plenty of opportunities to make a trip that includes just what you love. Here we have collected various suggestions that you can use directly or just as a starting point for your own vacation. Have a good trip.
From the North Sea to Copenhagen
The journey starts at Hvide Sande by the roaring North Sea and goes through H.C. Andersen's cozy birthplace of Odense and ends in the big city of Copenhagen.
Copenhagen and the Royal North Zealand
Only 30 minutes to Copenhagen's many attractions, restaurants and atmospheric city life. Enjoy life in the cozy marina, by the beach or take an excursion to Kronborg Castle. Hike in the protected Heatherhill area and right next to one of the best sandy beaches.
From the City of Smiles to the top of Denmark
The city of smiles, Aarhus, offers museums, many shops and good places to eat. Tranum between Jammerbugt and the Limfjord is quiet and invites you to swim in the North Sea and hike in the untouched Fosdalen valley. End your trip at the top of Denmark at a child-friendly sandy beach and exciting excursions to Grenen and Råbjerg Mile.
Flensburg Fjord and Funen around
Enjoy the view over Flensborg Fjord, have a South Jutland coffee after a hike on the Gendarmstien. At Åbyskov you live with a view of Langeland with your feet on the water's edge and close to excursions to Svendborg. The atmosphere at Flyvesandet Strand is completely calm without disturbances with a beautiful beach right outside.
The heart of Jutland
Experience Ebeltoft with cozy half-timbered houses, shopping and Mols Bjerge. Relax in Gjerrild with nature, peace and the most beautiful sandy beach. Be active in Silkeborg with Himmelbjerget, beautiful forests and lakes.
